Delivery Cutoff: SAME DAY deliveries must be placed before 12pm. We do not deliver on weekends. If this does not suit your preference please give us a call.
Delivery: Standard delivery is between 9.00am and 5.00pm. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all goods delivered to secure addresses, such as apartments and units, will be received by the recipient at the time of delivery. Alternatively, Pollon Flowers will contact the recipient to arrange an appropriate delivery time. An unsuccessful delivery, whether by the wrong address supplied, or no one is home to accept the delivery at a secure address, the goods will be returned to Pollon Flowers where then the redelivery of goods will incur an additional delivery fee to the customer.
Pollon Flowers uses select trusted courier companies to deliver our goods. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery company chosen but deliveries to business addresses will be completed before 5pm. Please write a note in your order if you have a special delivery time request. While we can make no guarantees, we will do our best to fulfil it.
Pollon Flowers is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Pollon Flowers should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Pollon Flowers.
